Cadentic, Inc. (“Cadentic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Cadentic Recall, a business-to-business AI voicemail platform, along with this website and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, create or use a Cadentic Recall account, or receive communications from us, including text messages sent under the Cadentic Recall messaging program.

• Account and contact information. Your name, business name, email address, and mobile phone number when you create an account, join our waiting list, or contact us.
• Text messaging opt-in data. Records of your consent to receive text messages, including your mobile phone number and the date, time, and manner in which consent was provided.
• Voicemail and call data. Audio recordings, transcriptions, summaries, and caller metadata that the Cadentic Recall platform processes on behalf of our business customers in order to provide the Services.
• Usage and device information. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• To send service communications, such as voicemail alerts, transcriptions and summaries, and account or security notifications, by email and, where you have opted in, by text message.
• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To improve and secure the Services and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers (such as hosting, telecommunications and message delivery, and analytics providers) that process information on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations and solely to provide the Services.
• To comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
• At your direction or with your consent.

Mobile information and opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Cadentic Recall messaging program sends account and service notifications, such as voicemail alerts, transcriptions and summaries, and account or security notifications, to registered users who opt in by providing their mobile phone number during signup or in their account settings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Voicemail and call data processed on behalf of our business customers is retained in accordance with their instructions and our agreements with them.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or updating your account settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at legal@cadentic.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

The Services are business services and are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law.
